Whether you need to move your samples into our facility for storage, or move them from one lab to another, we can take care of it. Our relocation team members are trained and certified in sample management, as well as International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations.

Sample Transportation & Relocation

We even have the capacity to move your freezers—intact and running. BioStorage Technologies is the first sample storage and management company to design a custom semitrailer—the first mobile unit created specifically for sample relocation. Every feature that sets us apart from other competitors in sample management has been incorporated into this mobile unit created specifically for North American relocation services.

Relocation Services Options:

  • On-site logistics team—Have us come to your facility and handle the packing and shipping in entirety; or we can send pre-conditioned packaging and dry ice fulfillment to your location for your team to handle.
  • Trained transfer team—Our trained specialists can accompany your shipment until it reaches its destination.
  • Equipment relocation—If you need freezers or other sample storage equipment moved, we can do so securely.
  • Documentation assistance—We can help with domestic, international, hazardous and non-hazardous shipments to eliminate potential delays caused by improper/missing documentation.
